Ever thought of taking an "Art" vacation in the desert? What could be better than creating your own souvenir paintings of famous Arizona landmarks? How about having your picture taken in "period" western garb in your own private ghost town? Or waking up every morning to a breathtaking view of the striking Superstition Mountains? Now you can do all that and more - just by booking your visit to our Studio by the day, the weekend or the week. Choose the projects you want to paint from our wide selection of subjects, in either oils or watercolors . . . or both!
Our newly created Cowboy Suite will make you feel right at home in the Wild West. The roomy bedroom, with queen bed and private bath, is attached to a cozy parlor with it's own compact, fully equipped kitchette where you can cook all of your meals if you choose. You can enjoy TV in both parlor and bedroom, or borrow one of hundreds of books from our library. Wireless internet is available free, so be sure to pack your laptop. You'll have your own private entrance, so you can come and go as you like. There's a screened porch [ideal for those who smoke], or relax on our beautiful secluded patio beyond. In the cool of the evening, light a 'campfire' in our outdoor fireplace, lean back, and gaze at a trillion stars in the night sky. How about strolling through our eclectic Art Walk in the backyard? . . . pieces of art mixed in with a little bit of whimsy.

Step outside of the picket-fenced back yard and you'll be stepping into the Past . . . our very own Ghost Town! We've transformed the outbuildings on our acre-plus property into a collection of historic [?] buildings and named our town Whiplash - "the town that never was". Get yourself duded out in one of the many period western costumes we've put together just for fun, and we'll take your pictures. What a blast! Be sure to bring your camera along to capture the moment.
And there's plenty of space for parking, too.
